Save as an image or plot to a pdf and combine them in the ebook is how I would get them in there.

plotting to pdf will allow you to combine multiple pdf pages and easily order them. unless...your cad drawings are a small diagram within a larger page. If thats the case then, depending on what layout software you are using (in-design for example) sometimes it is easier to place a jpg sometimes due to it's smaller file size...well, i guess it's just as easy to place a pdf within an in-design page....Ok- PDF

You can import a DWG into Adobe Illustrator, and then export as a PDF. Or a screenshot will work if all you need is a raster png or jpeg in your eBook
