How to create decent audio with Audacity
« on: April 23, 2012, 06:19:27 AM »
I am using Audacity to produce my audio. I've noticed that it can be hard to learn how to produce good quality audio, so I created a video where I show you how I create decent audio with Audacity without using a compressor like Chris's Dynamic Compressor. As you can see in the audio file I don't show you how to edit your file, only how to get decent audio without much background noise and then how to export it.

If you want constant bitrate you can export the audio as an .WAV file and use iTunes for the mp3 encoding.

Here is the video.

After some research I think you should first normalize the audio and then use the noise removal feature. That way more noise will be removed.
